Glossary of Accounting and Management
My field of study is Accounting and Management. Accounting is the action of process of keeping, recording, summarizing, analyzing and reporting financial transactions of a business. Management is the process of dealing with or controlling things from a company. This glossary is to familiarize me with the terms of my study program.

- The activity of providing goods and services involving financial and commercial and industrial aspects.

- Involving financial matters; relating to finance.

- The members of a business organization that owns or operates one or more establishments.

- The act of investing; laying out money or capital in an entreprise with the expectation of profit.

- noun
- A record of the financial situation of an institution on a particular date by listing its assets and the claims against those assets.
- Example: At the end of the year, an accountant makes a balance sheet of the company.
